All the bodies are mounted on central and rear silent blocks and are totally independent of the subframe, therefore easier to dismantle. The bodies are spacious and are adapted to the design and shape of each driver's cab, which illustrates that close attention has been paid to aesthetics, with three bend angles, polyethylene wings, and rubber finishing joints. All the vehicle body accessories such as air-brake reservoirs, tanks, and battery compartments have been moved behind the driver's cab, so as to leave a maximum amount of room at the sides of the body. The bodies are made of 2.5 m/m stainless steel sheets. The depth of the compartments is optimized according to the make of the chassis, with the maximum being 600m/m. A ramp and access steps are at the rear of the body on the right-hand side. All the doors are equipped with double interior hinges, open 180 degrees and have composite door handles which can be locked with a key, to which additional options such as a central locking system can be added. All the doors are gas-spring operated to facilitate opening. All the vehicle body doors are equipped with labyrinth seals, which ensure good watertightness and ventilation, without requiring rubber joints. The double luxury rear lights are fitted on a rubber shock-absorbing mount. The back of each storage compartment is fitted with a ventilation grille, in order to reduce condensation. Shelves are provided in certain storage compartments. Full lighting is fitted in all the storage compartments, and they are all equipped with moulded nylon high resistance floor mats. A pressure switch and engine hour meter are fitted in the rear instrument panel. 5-metre long battery jump leads are provided. Two adjustable work lights are fitted at the rear, side lights are fitted into the rocker panel, rear clearance lights are fitted on rubber stalks, and orange LED lights are fitted around the vehicle body. Interior and exterior protective polished aluminium sheets with a chequered finish are provided. Hooks and fixings are installed in the compartments to hold the different pieces of equipment such as chains etc. in place, and rollers are under the door thresholds. Grinding is carried out on the body surfaces, and finishing mastic, sealer coating, and 2 coats of motor trade quality, smooth finish lacquer are used to obtain the body finish. A shock-absorbing covering is applied inside the compartments. Glass beads provide an anti-skid surface on the upper walk-through of the compartment on the right-hand side.
