Simplex 5T Conventionnal Mercedes 1224, tilting and sliding bed with 3t second car lift, installed on Atego 1224 with original mudguards and side bumpers. Soft end of stroke on hydraulic functions. This configuration includes best seller options. Maximum technical capacity is 5000kg.
Description châssis Mercedes Atego 1224 :
• GVW 11990kg, 4820mm wheelbase.
Included components on Simplex 5t Advanced Mercedes :
• Tilting frame with adjustable rear stabilizers and polyethylen pads for smooth sliding.
• Bed dimensions: lg 6500mm L2400mm with galvanized 4/6 chequer steel plates.
• 7 anchorage spots on the bed with 1 in front of the winch, with pulley.
• Extension ram 4000mm stroke.
• 2 stainless steel toolboxes, 800 and 1000mm long, 500mm high and deep. 1.5mm thick.
• No spare wheel holder.
• Brackets behind boxes for 3 jerrycans, hi-jack proof.
• Jump lead cables 12/24V supplied with fast connectors.
• Enlightened command box at rear right.
• Motorcycle on bracket in frame, with 2 holes on platform for easy use. Delivered with slings.
• 6 function radio remote in its protection cover.
• Lightbar 1.80m, instaled on cab. Tails, stops and side markers included, as well as worklights.
• 2 worklights on bed and 1 on rear grid.
• 4 white LED flash lights blancs à LED installed : 2 on front and 2 with rear lights.
• Second car lift with head crane function and towing clutch, including holders and 2 slings for grid.
• Rear tail lights with suction cups installed in toolbox.

• Stainless steel flyer mounted on silentblocs adjusted to cab size. Positionning mirror included.
• Side raves and flyer painted same as cab.
• Hydraulic winch capacity 8000 lbs with rope 20m long and hook. Installed on hydraulically sliding galvanized plate.
• Equipement ready for further installation of rear winch.
• Pulley supplied.
• Front rubbers on platform and removable towing ball diam. 50mm above winch.
• Delivered with 1 sling.
• Standard tools supplied (broom, shovel with brackets, sand box, 6 yellow jackets, 3 cones and 2 extinguishers 2kg installed in plastic crate).
• French homologation can be supplied if necessary.
All hydraulic, pneumatic and electric connections are double checked and equipment is tested under load prior to delivery when we gladly show you all functions. (Made in France)
