SIMPLEX 3T5 CONVENTIONNAL:

Unit Simplex 3T5,tilting and sliding platform on a helperframe and tilting frame fully galvanized for a anti corrosion protection with an optimized sizing of the overhang.
Maximum technical capacity of the unit: 3500 kg.

Predisposition and base required:
• Chassis IVECO DAILY simple cab with 4350mm wheelbase, delivered with trailer socket and original power take off
• The chassis has to be validated by our design dept at the order

Components included into Simplex 3T5 CONVENTIONNAL base:

• End stroke shock absorbers on cylinders
• Platform size 5250mm x 2200mm assembled with galvanized elements and holed on whole length, rear slopped tail plate including rollers under floor, steel sides and cross members sand blasted and prepainted before assembly and our famous thin side raves to obtain rigidity and the best usable length. Remote controlled (6 functions)
• Lightbar installed on cab
• Hydraulic winch 8000lbs capacity with 20 meters long cable and hook mounted on galvanized carrier for side displacement moved by hydraulic cylinder + snatch block.
• Illuminated control box with folding door fitted on the right side, connexion and harness is protected ans sealed
• Extension ram with stroke 3000mm.
• Extruded aluminium side underrun protection 400mm high including access for tanks and integrated removable steps on each side of the wheelbase. Rear wings finish the unit design.
• Minimatic rear grid with slings and tail plate.
• Signalisation in compliance with driving regulations, delivered with 2 side stowage strap and 2 wheel chokes
• Worklights: winch (1), deck (2), rear grid (1), flash lights (4)
• 4 anchorage spots bush-shaped welded on the platform and return diabolo in case of side winching
Set of 2 welded bushes, 2 shafts with schackle, 1 shaft with diabolo
• Jump lead cables (12V) with standard tools (broom, shovel, cones, absorber recipient
• Brackets for gojaks 5211 inside chassis frame, bracket for motorcycle holder (not supplied)

The equipement is checked and tested under load before delivery when all functionality will be showed you. (Made in France)
