SIMPLEX 2T:

Unit Simplex 2T,tilting and sliding platform on a helperframe and tilting frame full aluminium with an optimized sizing of the overhang. All the function are hydraulics with end stroke absorber to avoid any shocks. The technical max capacity of the unit is 2000 kgs.

Predisposition and base required:

• Chassis with a GVW from 3T5 with appropriate dimensional.
• Delivered with trailer socket.
• Delivered with original power take off mounted type 4 points flange.
• The chassis has to be validated by our design dept at the order.

Components included into Simplex 2T base:

• Platform size lg 4800mm, L 2060mm and weight 680 kg assembled full aluminium with a right approach tail for easy loading, roller in approach plate and 4 rotating articulated shackles mounted on the side.
• Tilting frame with rear stabilizers.
• Aluminum platform rollbar mounted with insulators.
• Hydraulic winch 8000lbs capacity with 20 meters lenght synthetic cable and hook mounted on carrier with free or lockable side displacement.
• Winch roller fairlead and 50mm diameter ball above the winch.
• High performance hydraulic system, tank, valve blocks, balance valves, hoses and high quality oil filter.
• Illuminated control box with door fitted on the right side.
• Side rails and roll bar finished by primer coat covered with automotive high quality painting products.
• Extruded aluminium side raves protection and rear wings finsh the unit design.
• Included, Led working light on winch, 2 wheel blocks with 7 positions whose one in the center for motorcycle carrier (in option), box for 2 extinguishers 2kgs, 1 ratchet strap and one towing ball.
• Signalisation in compliance with driving regulations, idler throttled at power take of engagement, 6 functions radio remote control with his case.

To this Simplex 2T base, more than 20 options are available; all hydraulics connections,pneumatics and electricals are made, the equipement is checked and tested under load before delivery when all functionality will be showed you. (Made in France)
