ROTATOR 1150 :
Unit Rotator 1150,50T dragging rotating boom capacity on turret,suitable helperframe and mounted with optimized overhange dimensions.Hydraulic boom elevation (66°)and 2 stages telescopic extension with 360° rotation of the turret (22 electical ways)
Predisposition and chassis base required:
• Chassis 8x4 type with a GVWR : 32000 kgs
• Chassis wheelbase mini required : 5500 mm
• Power take off required and mounted : 80 m.kg end std ZF 4 holes.
• Electrical connection rear plug mounted.
• Double flow pump recommanded, not supplied.
Components included into Rotator 1150 in kit form base :
• Proportionnal boom extension and elevation with counter balancing valves.
• Hydraulic winches 13T with planetary reduction,2 speeds.(made in USA)
• 360°directionnal boom head sheaves (2) and D rings.
• Boom angle indicator.
• Rear stabilizators(2)hydraulic 3 extensions
• Front stabilization (indispensable) is adpated to the Rotator unit: minimum sizing in rolling position, extends underneath the road security rail, maximum of tool box room offered, ground clearance following our study (rarely inferior to 200mm)
• D rings fitted on rear face between rear spades.
• Turret locker air remote controlled (2 positions)
• Rear bodies Polymodule integrated with painted curtains,color painting to be selected. Invisible butterfly door hinges,Led inside tool boxes illumination, rear hand guard,radio and lights selection system POLARIS,oil circuit pressure gauge and hodometer.
• Manual control levers on backlite dashboard panel,emergency stop button,throttled idler control at 1000tr/min.
