DUOMATIC option N°0820/1350:

Unit in option DUOMATIC, liftable platform, the functions are hydraulic with front screw column ireversibility locking at front end and by pin at the rear. The technical max capacity of the unit is 1800 kgs.

Predisposition and base required:

• Platform Simplex or Solomatic from 6T5 to 10T with appropriate dimensional.
• The unit base and chassis has to be validated by our design department at the order.

Components included into DUOMATIC base:

• Platform size lg 4750mm, L 2500mm regarding and weight 1450 kgs assembled with galvanized profil and holed on all lenght for wheel blocks, steel slides and cross members sand blasted and prepainted before assembly.
• The unit option including 2 columns screw ireversible and powered by hydraulic motor and angle reductor. A main propeller allowing a synchronisation of each column elevation.(maxi height 1605mm)
• Cylinders rod has been treated with 'chrome'.
• The front cross member has a drum to allow the use of the below platform cable winch and 2 end rubber bumpers.
• Signalisation in compliance with driving regulations; delivered with side stowage strap.
• Side ladder with antisquid steps are included for preserve a secure acces at the upper platform.
• 4 standard wheel chocks and 4 articulated shackles welded at each corner.

To this Duomatic base some options are available,all hydraulics connections,pneumatics and electricals are made,the equipement is checked and tested under load before delivery when all functionality will be showed you.(made in France)
