PORTAIR SPEEDER
PORTAIR SPEEDER:
Unit Portair speeder, aluminium platform and ramps tilting electrically. The original frame is replaced by new aluminium components, 2 1600kgs axles with disk brakes and pneumatic suspension by integrated compressor. The technical max capacity is variable regarding the chassis type (depending of study results)
Predisposition and base required:
•Chassis Volkswagen T6 type wheelbase 3000mm.
•Delivered with trailer socket.
•Preparation sidelights on roof 9KH and reinforced battery NY2.
•The chassis has to be validated by our design dept at the order.
Components included into PORTAIR SPEEDER base:
•Platform size lg 5100mm, L 2080mm and weight assembled full aluminium with ramps and lock road system.
•Central plate carrier and flyer with loading mirror included.
•Winch 3T6 capacity with 20 meters lenght cable and hook. Wire remote control included with aluminium cover protection.
•Winch fairlead and manual side displacement and 50mm towing ball above winch.
•Included, 2 LED working lights on flyer, 2 wheel blocks "bar type", 2 tool boxes 645x220x300mm, 2 straps with ratchet and fixation holes all the 80mm on side raves.
•Spare wheel 195/50 R13C with his bracket, Stainless exhaust pipe, rear original part of the T6 not given back.
•Low frame silhouette and speed reduced to 160km/h due to 13" wheels.
To this Portair speeder base, few options are available, all pneumatic and electrical connections are made, the equipement is checked and tested under load before delivery when all functionality will be showed you.(made in Germany)
