SOLOMATIC 6T5:

Unit Solomatic 6T5,tilting and sliding platform with hydraulic motors on a helperframe and tilting frame fully galvanized for a anti corrosion protection with an optimized sizing of the overhang. All the function are hydraulics with end stroke absorber to avoid any shocks. The technical max capacity of the unit is 6500kg.

Predisposition and base required:

•Chassis with a GVW from 13T to 17T5 with appropriate dimensional.
•Delivered with trailer socket.
•Delivered with original power take off mounted type 4 points flange.
•The chassis has to be validated by our design dept at the order.

Components included into Solomatic 6T5 base:

•Platform size lg 6000mm, L 2400mm and weight 2400 kgs assembled with 4/6 checker plate floor and holed on all lenght for wheel blocks, the approach plate is equipped with rollers, steel slides and cross members sand blasted and prepainted before assembly and our famous thin side rails to obtain rigidity and the best usable width.
•Tilting frame with rear stabilizers.
•Galvanized platform rollbar mounted with insulators.
•Hydraulic winch 8000lbs capacity with 20 meters lenght cable and hook mounted on galvanized carrier with side displacement moved by hydraulic cylinder. 3 wells block with a sheave block to lower the cable during winching oepration.
•End stroke shock bumpers and 50mm diameter ball removable above the winch.
•Performance hydraulic system, top of the line pistons pump, tank, valve blocks, balance valves, hoses and high quality oil filter.
•Illumanted control box with folding door fitted on the right side, connexion and harness is protected ans sealed.
•Side rails and roll bar finished by primer coat covered with automotive high quality painting products.
•Extruded aluminium side underrun protection 500mm height including acces for tanks and integrated removable steps on each side of the wheelbase.Rear wings finsh the unit design.
•Signalisation in compliance with driving regulations; delivered with side stowage strap and 2 wheel chokes.

To this Solomatic 6T5 base around 140 options are available,all hydraulics connections,pneumatics and electricals are made,the equipement is checked and tested under load before delivery when all functionality will be showed you.(made in France)
