NEW GENERATION SLIDING TIPPING LIFTING BED
Rollmatic patented system
The sliding mechanism that requires the lifting bed to slide on nylon pads and requiring frequent greasing has been replaced by a sliding mechanism that uses four rollers fitted with conical bearings for optimized sliding motion.
The loading bed's front articulation relating to the tipping mechanism is ensured by only two rollers covered by a patent recognizing the system's simplicity. |

Rollmatic offers some remarkable advantages:
Maintenance costs are significantly reduced as the need to grease the slider system is eliminated.
High pressure washing no longer causes grease residues to be sprayed onto the ground.
The friction factor is reduced by 40% when sliding the loading bed.
The cost of manufacturing the loading bed is reduced too.

The design and development phase for Rollmatic has made it possible to standardize a large number of subassemblies that are common to the fittings for all types of truck chassis, thereby reducing costs.
The sub-chassis made up with a center slot allows full adjustment when positioning hammer head mounting bolts as well as when fitting accessories after assembly.

Repairs and maintenance have been facilitated by improved immediate accessibility to essential components like the distributor, the electric wiring is provided with foolproof connections that immediately identify any anomalies as well as leaving room for adding optional enhancements not planned at the time of building. |

The ideal position of the two rotary tipping cylinders allows a very high elevation angle making it possible to quickly dispose of wrecks.
All kinds of lifting arms are mounted fixed and independently onto the truck chassis and no longer on the tipping part to ensure enhanced truck stabilization during the various bed loading phases and when towing a heavy vehicle in the basket even with the loading bed empty.

The new side bodies are modular and made of ABS polyester composites with a double inner rail that allows easy adjustment on all kinds of truck. The distributor case uses the same design and is made of recyclable spin molded high density polyethylene as are the side tool cases that have an ABS door and a patented slide away opening system in the upper part of the case. The cases blend into the vehicle's side cyclist protection to form an elegant auxiliary body.
The new round design locks are made of stainless steel.
